Take three long deep breaths. As you continue to inhale and exhale, you may add a few words, such as these from Thich Nhat Hanh:

Breathing in I smile,
Breathing out I relax.
This is a wonderful moment.
Or even simply:
In, out,
Slow, deep,
Smile, release.
